Dreamstate is a new 6 hour recording available at www.jimbutler.bandcamp.com

A long form soundscape. Four and a half hours of music to transport to you a place of deep sleep, and one and a half hours of music to bring you to the place between sleep and dreams, where your mind and your body are stretched to it’s limit, one fighting the other. In one dimension you want to stay in your ‘Dreamstate’ to stay asleep, and in the other dimension is your physical being, wanting to be awake. This is the music for that nightly journey.

At Bandcamp you can choose between uncompressed WAV files, FLAC files or 320kbs MP3′s for the best quality recording. All of the sounds created in the making of this recording were WAV files, so you will be able to listen to ‘Dreamstate’ with the same sonic clarity that I heard when I created it.
