All music either as paid downloads or through the podcast or as free downloads is for personal use ONLY. You may duplicate the music on the Deep Energy or Dark Ambient Podcast or any of the free downloads as you like. The Paid Downloads from Itunes, Amazon, E-Music etc.. do not have any DRM (Digital Rights Management) attached to them so you may put them on as many computers or MP3 players that the person who downloaded and paid for the music owns. I am an independent musician and my continuing to be an independent musician depends on being able to collect royalties from my music being legally downloaded and paid for.
Now with that being stated I'm reminded of the disclaimer that Ani Difranco puts on the back of her CD's:
'Unauthorized duplication, while sometimes necessary is never as good as the real thing'
